We hope this email finds you well.
Our student club ,ESN Bahcesehir, Language Tandem Programme which is widely known and used around the world and we would like to invite your students to the program.
Shortly, it is a language exchange programme that enables two people to practice each other’s native language. For example, one student speaks Turkish as a native language and would like to learn English, then our ESN Bahcesehir team match this person with someone whose native language is English and would like to Turkish. In this way, both students can learn from a native speaker, meet someone from another culture, share some useful tips that are not written mostly in any of the grammar books as well as motivating each other on this learning journey.
Although tandem meetings are organized to be held face to face in normal circumstances; this year, due to Covid-19 measures, we had to switch our events and projects online without any physical meetings. The good news is that this makes Tandem Programme to reach many more people and connect individuals from all over the world, not just people in the same area.
We already have our applicants from many countries thanks to the great international student diversity in our university. In addition to BAU students network, we would like to share this opportunity with others and reach as many people as possible. Other than the matched applicants we still have many people who are offering Turkish, Russian, English, Greek, French, Dutch, German, Arabic, and so on. If any of your students are interested in the programme, we are looking forward to seeing your collaboration.

We also have a website that covers the frequently asked questions and an Instagram account that we share some useful tips about learning a language.
